Welcomes You
We only become what we are by the radical and deep-seated refusal of that which others have made of us.

Clinical Services
When past experiences remain unprocessed, they can manifest as persistent symptoms, emotional exhaustion, or a sense of being "stuck" in painful patterns. Using evidence-based protocols, the focus is on identifying the dynamics that maintain this distress. This involves a structured approach to processing difficult material within the context of your broader life and relationships.

Since beginning her practice in 2005, her work has been driven by a foundation of four years of intensive training in Systemic Therapy and over a decade of experience in EMDR. This background allows Maria to effectively combine trauma-informed care with systemic insights, viewing an individual’s wellbeing within the context of their broader relationships and environment
Throughout a career spanning international clinical settings, NGO coordination, and private practice, Maria has remained dedicated to supporting adults and couples through complex mental health and personal growth journeys. With a primary focus on trauma, she provides a purposeful space in Toowoomba to process traumatic memories and build practical tools for daily life.
